Great customer service. Sent my switch in for a different service, but he noticed (and I already knew) that my joycons weren't at 100% working order. So they suggested that they could repair it, since it was already at their shop. They even put on a discount on top of it. It is workign great and they are speedy at repairs. Good stuff.
The drift is gone as advertised!
My Joycons didn't need fixing so they were kind enough to refund me and recommend using what I have still! Very kind!
